The Dewalt 20V Battery Operated Fan is a fantastic fan for any situation. It can blow up to 650 cubic feet per minute. It can run on 20v and 12v batteries. There is a flap where you can plug an extension cord in and run it without a battery.
I love mine. I used it at the ball field when my kids were playing soccer, baseball, and softball. It worked great in the stands keeping my wife and I cool while watching games on those hot summer afternoons and warm spring evenings. I also love to take it out on the boat and use it when we have stopped to have a picnic on the boat, layout to get some sun or stop for a swim. a fully charged battery will last a complete game at the field or all day out on the boat. I have also taken it out on the patio and used it while grilling to have a breeze blow on me while I cook.
The only downfall of this fan is the price. But, I think it is worth it. I have used other battery-powered or USB-powered fans and none of them come close to the cooling power this fan produces. So in my opinion, it is worth the price.
